This comfortable and sunny apartment is on the 1^st floor of a Bavarian country style home. Even if located at a very busy road the apartment is quiet, because it is situated at the backside of the house. The city centre with restaurants, cafes and shops, bus stop, hiking trail, ski lifts and cross country skiing trails, mountain railway and cable cars are all within easy (10-15 minutes) walking distance. 

 

The quality furnished apartment has a wide balcony to the south and the west with an inspiring mountain view. The spacious living room has a studio couch which sleeps two with chairs and a dining area, a bed room with a double bed, a second bed room with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and laundry, a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, an extra toilet and a small storage room. 

 

The apartment is fully equipped for 4 persons. There is a flat screen TV, DVD-Player, radio, CD player, Internet WLAN and a small library in the living room. There is parking space in the yard for the use of our guests.

 

WLAN Internet (flatrate) is available.

Final cleaning is included when guests stay a week or longer.

 

Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
