The apartment is quietly located on the 5th floor of an apartment building on the historical Ludwigstraße in the heart of old Partenkirchen. All shopping facilities, bus stop and hiking trails are within walking distance. The apartment is connected to the hotel „Mercure" which offers a restaurant, an indoor-swimming pool with sauna, fitness centre and tennis courts (extra charge).
The comfortably and quality furnished apartment has a balcony to the east and nice mountain view. It has a living room with a studio couch which sleeps two people, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub, shower facilities and a toilet.
The apartment is fully equipped for 3 persons. Colour Cable TV, CD-player, radio and a small library are existent. In the basement is a coin operated washing machine and dryer for use of our guests. The underground parking space No. 50 is for the use of our guests. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.
Pets are allowed on request (Euro 5,-- per day)
