The apartment is quietly located (on the 5th floor) at the end of the historical Ludwigstraße in the heart of old Partenkirchen. An elevator is in the house. All shopping facilities, bus stop and hiking trails are within walking distance. The hotel „Mercure" offers an indoor-swimming pool with sauna, fitness center and tennis courts, which can be used for a fee.
The comfortably and quality furnished apartment has a balcony to the east. It has a living room with a couch, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a very beautiful new bathroom with shower facilities and a toilet.
The apartment is fully equipped for 2 persons and 1 child. Colour Cable TV, CD-and DVD-player, radio and a small library are existent. In the basement is a coin operated washing machine and dryer for use of our guests. The underground parking space No. 54 is for the use of our guests. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.
