This sunny and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of a Bavarian style home and has inspiring mountain views. The town centre with all shopping facilities, restaurants, cafes, bus stop, hiking trails, cross country skiing trails are all within easy (5-15 minutes) walking distance. 

 

The comfortable apartment has large panoramic windows and a wide balcony to the west with a marquee. The living room with a couch and dining area has two foldaway beds. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and a bathroom with shower and toilet. 

 

The apartment is fully equipped for 3 adults and a child. Cable-TV, radio and phone are existent. In the basement you have the possibility to store your sport equipment, like bikes, skis and so on. Also there is a washing machine for use of our guests. There is an underground parking for the use of our guests. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.

Final cleaning is included when guests stay a week or longer.

 

Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
