All shopping facilities, bus stop, ice skating rink, indoor- and outdoor- swimming pool with sauna and fitness centre, tennis courts, hiking trails and cable railways are within walking distance. The Garmisch pedestrian zone is within 5 minutes walking distance. 

 

The comfortably furnished apartment with a beautiful mountain view has a large balcony and a beautiful mountain view. It is located on two levels, which are connected with a spiral staircase. On the second floor there is a living room with a wood burning stove and a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and microwave and a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the hallway leads the staircase to the third floor. There are three bedrooms with a double bed each, another small bedroom with two single beds and a bath-room with bathtub and toilet. A washing machine and dryer in the laundry may be used by our guests. 

 

The apartment is fully equipped for 8- 10 persons, Baby bed, baby chair, Cable-TV, DVD-Player, a small library, radio and CD player are existent. In the basement you have the possibility to store your sport equipment, like bikes, skis and so on. There is parking in the yard for the use of our guests. 

 

WLAN Internet (flatrate) is available.

 

The 4 room apartment “Lars” is in the same house and can be rented if more space is needed. 

 

Children and pets are welcome! Pets Euro 5,00/day

Final cleaning is included when guests stay a week or longer. 

 

Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
