This comfortable and sunny apartment is on the 1st floor of a Bavarian country style home. Even if located at a very busy road the apartment is quiet, because it is situated at the backside of the house. The city centre with restaurants, cafes and shops, bus stop, hiking trail, ski lifts and cross country skiing trails, mountain railway and cable cars are all within easy (10-15 minutes) walking distance.
The quality furnished apartment has a wide balcony to the south and the west with an inspiring mountain view. The living room has a studio couch which sleeps one person, a dining area and a tiled stove, a bed room with a double bed (electrically operated), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and double washbasin.
The apartment is fully equipped for 2 persons. There is cable-TV in the living- and bedroom, DVD-Player, radio and CD player are existent and a small library and DVDs. The underground parking space No. 14 is for the use of our guests. There sport equipment may be stored. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the laundry can be used by our guests. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.
