Its only 10 minutes walking distance to the centre of Garmisch with its pedestrian zone.
The nicely furnished apartment has a terrace to the south and a little pretty garden.
The apartment has a living room with a studio couch which sleeps one person, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
The apartment is fully equipped for 2 adults + 1 child. Colour Cable TV,CD-player and radio are existent. In the basement you have the possibility to store your sport equipment, like bikes, skis and so on. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.
Children and pets are welcome! Pets Euro 5,00/day
The house “Lena” is next door and can be rented if more space is needed.

Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
