On the ground floor of a Bavarian style home. It is located in a quiet side street. Shopping facilities, bus stop, cross country skiing trails, hiking trails, the Riessersee and cable railways are within walking distance. 

 

The comfortable and quality furnished apartment has a terrace to the south with an open fireplace and a terrace to the west. It has great mountain views and a nice garden. The apartment has a large sunny living room with an open fireplace, a dining room and a large bedroom with a double bed which all open to the terrace, a small bedroom with a double bed (1.40 cm x 2.00 cm), a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and a bath room with bath tub and toilet and a second bath room with a shower and toilet. 

 

The apartment is fully equipped for 4 persons. Colour Cable TV, video recorder, CD-player and radio are existent. In the basement there is a laundry room with a washing machine for our guests. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.

 

Children and pets are welcome! Pets Euro 5,00/day

Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
