On the top floor of a Bavarian style home next to the city centre of Garmisch and its pedestrian zone. All shopping facilities and bus stop are nearby, hiking trails, ice skating rink, indoor swimming pool with sauna and fitness centre, tennis courts and cable railways are within walking distance. Even located at a very busy road the apartment is quiet, because the bedroom and the living room are situated at the back of the house. 

 

The comfortably furnished apartment has a nice balcony with views the south and an inspiring mountain panorama. It has a living room with a studio couch (170x200) sleeping 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast nook and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. We can also supply a baby-bed and high-chair. 

 

The apartment is fully equipped for maximum 2 persons. Colour Cable TV and radio are available. In the basement there is a washing machine for the use of our guests. There is parking in the yard for our guests (in front of the litter container). Mobile Internet-Stick is available.

 

Pets are not allowed.

End cleaning is included when guests stay a week or longer.

 

Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
