The city centre with restaurants, cafes and shops; bus stop; hiking trails; ski lifts and cross country skiing trails; mountain railway and cable cars and the open air swimming pool "Kainzenbad" are all within easy (5-15 minutes) walking distance.
The bright and quality furnished apartment has a balcony to the west and south with inspiring mountain views. It has a sunny living room with couch and dining area, a large bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with a double bed (1.40 cm x 2.00 cm), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with bathtub and shower facilities and a toilet.
The apartment is fully equipped for 4 persons. Colour Cable TV, CD-Player and radio are existent. In the basement there is a coin operated laundry and dryer, which can be used by our guests. The underground parking Nr. B 5 goes with the apartment. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.

The apartment “Kampen” is next door and can be rented if more space is needed.
