This comfortable and sunny apartment is on the ground floor of a Bavarian country style home. The city centre with restaurants, cafes and shops, bus stop, hiking trail, ski lifts and cross country skiing trails, mountain railway and cable cars are all within easy (10-15 minutes) walking distance.

 

The quality furnished apartment has a terrace to the west with a mountain view. The living room couch, a dining area and a fold-away-bed for 2 people, a bed room with a double bed and a second TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a new bathroom with a shower, toilet and a washbasin. 

 

The apartment is fully equipped for 4 persons and 1 child. There is cable-TV in the living- and bedroom also a radio and Internet WLAN (flatrate) are existent. The underground parking space “Hoffmann”is for the use of our guests. There sport equipment may be stored.

 

WLAN Internet (flatrate) is available.

 

Pets are allowed on request. Pets Euro 5,00/day

Bed linens (cleaning fee Euro 6.--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0.60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10.--) and a highchair (Euro 5.--).
