Holiday house "Dean" in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Gernackerstraße 1 The newly renovated house boosts a great view over the mountains. Right around the corner there is a bus stop and different shopping facilities such as a butcher and a baker. Beautiful hiking paths, green fields and cross-country skiing trails can be reached by foot in only a couple of minutes. Even the cable cars are just a few minutes drive away by car or bus. On the ground floor you will find a large and bright living room with living room suite and a dinner table. Access to the southern terrace from the living room. The ground floor also boosts a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with electric devices, a dishwasher and a service hatch to the living room. The first floor boosts 3 bedrooms and a bathtub/toilet. One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a second television. The two other bedrooms both with double beds (140 x 200 cm). Two bedrooms have access to the southern balcony. The loft has been extended and now offers sleeping and playing facilities for 2 to 4 people. The double beds in the loft are both 140 x 200 cm-beds. There is a 3rd television and a kid's corner in the loft. A washing machine and a tumble-dryer is provided in the basement. The house is fully fitted and perfect for 10 persons. The extended loft does not have headroom throughout and therefore it is perfect for kids. radio, CD player, colour TV in the living room and in 2 of the bedrooms there is even a DVD player and a reading corner with a small selection of books. You can rent a mobile internet stick. There are one single garage and a parking space in front of the house which belong to the property. The final cleaning is offered if you stay longer than one week. - We ask for a security deposit of € 500 from guests (except if you are from Germany). When you leave the house as clean as it was upon arrival, we will give you back the deposit.
- We are happy to provide linens (cleaning charge per set € 6), bathroom and tea towels (cleaning charge € 0,60 per piece) as well as a cot (€ 10) and a high chair (€ 5) for more comfort.
