This beautiful, recently completely renovated house is located in a quiet side street near the center of Garmisch. It has an inspiring panoramic mountain view. The city centre with restaurants, cafes and shops, bus stop, train station, hiking trails, cross country skiing trails, and mountain railway to the Zugspitze are all within easy (5-10 minutes) walking distance.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with picture windows which open to a sunny terrace with an open fireplace viewing the southwest, the mountains and the nice garden.  There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a dining area and a toilet.

On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with balconies (1 with double bed, 1 with two single beds, 1 with a single bed), a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
In the basement there is a large room. There is also a shower with toilet and a laundry room with washing maschine and dryer.
Cable TV and radio are available in the living room, cable-TV in the large bedroom in the basement.

The house is fully equipped for 5 persons and one small child.

There is a garage for the use of our guests. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.

Children are welcome! Pets only on request (only small dogs, Euro 5,-- pro Tag).

Final cleaning is included when guests stay a week or longer.
Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
