***Charming Bavarian-Style-House “Josefa” in Grainau, Eibseestr. 45
located in the “Zugspitz-Village Grainau“ next to the ”Lake Badersee”. Very nice hiking trails, cross country slopes and the village centre with shopping facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and the Zugspitz Railway are within walking distance. Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the “Lake Eibsee” can be reached by car in only five minutes. In front of the house there is the bus stop of the “Eibseebus” which also goes to the Eibsee and the centre of Garmisch.
The charming house (completely renovated in 2010) has a very impressive mountain view and a nice garden with children play ground. Next to the house are woods and hiking trails and a bus stop. On the ground floor there is a living room which opens to a sunny terrace viewing the mountains and the garden. Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave plus a dining area. On the ground floor there is also a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed which sleeps two, a shower with toilet and an extra toilet. Cable TV, DVD-, CD-player, radio and large flat-screen-TV are existent as well as an extra TV in the bedroom. Baby bed and high chair are available.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with balconies (two bedrooms with double beds, one with two single beds) and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
There is a shed where bikes, skies and snowboards may be stored safely. One car can be parked in the yard, more parking facilities are nearby.
The house is fully equipped for 10 persons and one small child.
WLAN Internet (flatrate) is available.
Children are welcome! Pets Euro 5,-- per day.

Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
Due to renovation there are no pictures of all rooms.
