It is situated near the centre of Grainau with all shopping facilities, bus stop, indoor- and outdoor-swimming pool with sauna and fitness centre, tennis-courts, hiking trails, cross-country-skiing trails and the railway to the Zugspitz-Summit within walking distance. 

 

The sunny and quality furnished apartment with an inspiring mountain view has a balcony to the south. The living room has a studio couch which sleeps two people and a dining area. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. In the bedroom is a double-bed for 2 people. 

 

The apartment is fully furnished for up to 2-4 people. Colour Cable TV and a radio with CD-player are existent.

A underground parking space may be used. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.

 

Children and dogs are welcome! Dogs Euro 3,00/day
