It is situated near the centre of Grainau with all shopping facilities, bus stop, indoor- and outdoor-swimming pool with sauna and fitness centre, tennis-courts, hiking trails, cross-country-skiing trails. The railway to the Zugspitz-Summit is within walking distance.
The sunny and quality furnished apartment with an inspiring mountain view has a terrace to the south and a nice garden. It is located on two levels which are connected with a spiral staircase. On the ground floor there is a living room with a studio couch which sleeps two people, a dining area, a completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the basement there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a toilet with hand basin.
The apartment is fully furnished for up to 4 people. Two Colour Cable TV sets, video recorder and CD-player are existent. A parking space in the underground garage may be used by our guests. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.
