This exclusive large apartment (approx. 110 square meters) is located in a country style home in a quiet side street. All shopping facilities, bus stop, ice skating rink, indoor- and outdoor- swimming pool with sauna and fitness centre, tennis courts, hiking trails and cable railways as well as the Garmisch pedestrian zone are within walking distance. 

 

The high quality furnished apartment with a beautiful mountain view has two balconies to the south and north. There is a living room with high ceiling and wooden beams, an open fireplace and a dining area, three bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and an extra toilet.

 

The apartment is fully equipped for 6 adults + 1 baby. Cable-TV, radio and CD player are existent. There is parking in the yard for the use of our guests. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.

 

Children and pets (pets Euro 5,-- per day) are welcome!

Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
