This exclusive large 4-room-apartment (approx. 110 square meters) is located in a country style home in a quiet side street. All shopping facilities, bus stop, ice skating rink, indoor- and outdoor- swimming pool with sauna and fitness centre, tennis courts, hiking trails and cable railways as well as the Garmisch pedestrian zone are within walking distance.

 

The high quality furnished apartment with a beautiful mountain view has two balconies to the south and north. There is a living room with high ceiling and wooden beams, an open fireplace and a dining area, three bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and an extra toilet.

 

The apartment is fully equipped for 6 adults + 1 baby. Cable-TV, radio and CD player are existent. There is parking in the yard for the use of our guests.

The prices are for 6 persons. Every additional person costs € 10,00 per day. End cleaning is included when guests stay a week or longer.

 

Please notice that reservations normally run from Saturday to Saturday. Christmas/New Year minimum rental 14 days. For other wishes please ask us.

 

We can provide you with bed linen, 1 large + 1 small towel (cleaning fee € 8,90 per set), a baby bed (€ 10,00) and a highchair (€ 5,00). Kitchen towels and cleaning material are in the apartment.
