on the first floor of a Bavarian style apartment house . In front of the house there is a bus stop, the centre of Partenkirchen, the Olympic ski stadium, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, hiking and cross country ski trails and cable railways are within walking distance. 

 

The comfortably furnished apartment has a balcony to the south with a beautiful mountain view. It has a living room with a studio couch which sleeps 2 people, a small bedroom with two beds, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower facilities and a toilet. 

The apartment is fully equipped for 3 adults and 1 child. Colour Cable TV and radio are existent. 

 

In the basement there is a coin operated laundry and drier, which can be used by our guests. The underground parking Nr. B 8 goes with the apartment. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.

Every aditional persons costs € 10,00 per day.

 

End cleaning is included when guests stay a week or longer.

 

Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
