Farchant is a small, pastoral village close to Garmisch-Partenkirchen with a rural and unhurried atmosphere. With car or bus it is only a few minutes to the centre of Garmisch and Partenkirchen. Hiking trails, cross country skiing trails, out door swimming pool and a ski-lift are within walking distance. Very good bakeries, a local butcher and a super market are there for your daily needs. The post office, a bank and the tourist information are located in the centre. Farchant is well known for its good and homelike gastronomy.
The apartment, quietly located at the raised ground floor of a Bavarian style home (middle entrance) has a sunny and lee balcony to the southwest with an inspiring mountain view. It has a living room with a studio couch which sleeps two people, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub, shower facilities and toilet.
The apartment has a parquet floor and is fully equipped for 2 persons + baby. Colour TV with satellite receiver and radio are existent. There is parking in the yard (number 3) for the use of our guests. Mobile Stick is available.
