Downtown Garmisch with its pedestrian area, all shopping facilities and bus stop are within a walking distance of 10 minutes. Railway station, ice stadium, Hausberg cable car, skiing slopes, cross country skiing trails and hiking trails are nearby.
The very comfortable and quality furnished apartment has a balcony to the west and south with a beautiful mountain view. It has a sunny living room with couch and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with a studio couch (1.40 cm x 2.00 cm) which sleeps 2 persons, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and a bathroom with bathtub, shower facilities and a toilet.
The apartment has a parquet floor and is fully equipped for 4 adults and 1 child. Colour Cable TV, DVD-player, CD-player and radio are existent. In the basement there is a laundry and a dryer. The parking space Nr. 2 in the underground garage may be used by our guests. In the basement you have the possibility to store your sport equipment.
