4-Room-Apartment „Lars" in Garmisch, Mitterfeldstraße 13 

 

on the ground floor of a Bavarian style home. It is located on a quiet side street. All shopping facilities, bus stop, ice skating rink, indoor- and outdoor- swimming pool with sauna and fitness centre, tennis courts, hiking trails and cable railways are within walking distance. The Garmisch pedestrian zone is within 5 minutes walking distance. 

 

The comfortably furnished apartment with a beautiful mountain view has a large terrace and a nice garden. It is located on two levels, which are connected with a spiral staircase. On the first floor there is a living room with terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the hallway leads the staircase to the ground floor. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a large window to the garden, a third bedroom with two beds and a bath-room with bathtub and toilet. A washing machine and dryer in the laundry may be used by our guests. 

 

The apartment is fully equipped for 6 persons and 1 baby. Cable-TV, radio, CD player and a small library are existent. There is parking in the yard for the use of our guests.

 

WLAN Internet (flatrate) is available.

 

The 5 ½ room apartment “Christian” is in the same house and can be rented if more space is needed. 

 

Children and pets are welcome! Pets Euro 5,00/day

End cleaning is included when guests stay a week or longer.

 

Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
