All shopping facilities, bus stop, railway-station, ice skating rink, indoor- and outdoor- swimming pool with sauna and fitness centre, tennis-courts, hiking trails and the Zugspitz railway are within walking distance. The centre of Garmisch with its pedestrian zone is within 10 minutes walking distance.
The very nicely furnished house has a beautiful terrace to the east and west surrounded by a nice fenced in garden. It has a living room with a studio couch which sleeps two people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast nook, a bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd TV, a smaller bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, shower facilities and toilet and an extra toilet.
The apartment is fully equipped for 4 adults. Cable-TV, CD-player, radio and a small library are existent, as well as a washing machine and dryer. There is parking in the yard for the use of our guests. In the basement you have the possibility to store your sport equipment, like bikes, skis and so on. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.
Children and pets are welcome. Pets Euro 5,00/day
The apartment “Bertignol” is next door and can be rented if more space is needed.
