It is situated near the centre of Grainau with all shopping facilities, bus stop, indoor- and outdoor-swimming pool with sauna and fitness centre, tennis-courts, hiking trails, cross-country-skiing trails and the railway to the Zugspitz-Summit within walking distance. 

 

The sunny and quality furnished apartment with an inspiring mountain view has a terrace to the southwest and a nice garden. The apartment is located on two levels which are connected with a spiral staircase. At the ground floor there is a living room, a completely equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and a bathroom with bathtub, shower facilities and a toilet. In the basement there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a small bedroom with a studio couch which sleeps 2 people and a bathroom with shower and toilet. 

 

The apartment is fully furnished for up to 5 people. Two Colour Cable TV-sets with DVD-player, CD-player and radio are in the apartment. A washer and dryer in the laundry-room in the basement are available to our guests. There is parking in the yard for the use of our guests. At the basement skies and bikes can be stored. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.

 

The apartment ”Welton” is in the same house and may be rented if more space is needed.

Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
