The recently renovated and sunny apartment with terrace and garden is located at the ground floor of an apartment house and is centrally but quietly located. All shopping facilities, bus stop, the pedestrian zone of Garmisch and hiking trails are within walking distance. 

 

The comfortably newly furnished apartment has a terrace to the south with a charming garden and mountain views. It has a dining area, a sofa-bed, a fold away bed (140 cm) a separate but fully equipped kitchen with microwave and a bathroom with shower (entrance 37 cm) and a toilet. 

 

The apartment is fully equipped for 2 adults and a baby. Colour Cable TV, CD/DVD-player and radio are existent. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.
