on the top floor of a Bavarian style home in a very beautiful and quiet location in the old part of Partenkirchen at the foot of the "Wank". Beautiful hiking trails are close to the apartment. Shopping facilities and bus stops are within walking distance. 

 

The very tastefully and nicely furnished apartment has inspiring mountain views and a balcony to the west and the east. The spacious living room with high ceilings has a studio couch which sleeps two people, a comfortable dining area and a tiled stove. Next to the living room is a fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, deep freezer and dishwasher. There is also a bedroom with a large double bed, a bedroom with 2 beds and a large bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. 

 

The apartment is fully equipped for 4 adults. There is Colour TV with satellite receiver, a DVD-player and a radio. In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer for the use of our guests. An underground parking space belongs to the apartment. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.

End cleaning is included when guests stay a week or longer.

 

Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
