***Comfortable house "Trenkwalder" in Garmisch, Brandstraße 17b 

 

The Bavarian style house was built in 1997 and has an inspiring mountain view. It is located in a side street, within 5 minutes walking distance to the next bus stop, a supermarket and other shops. Downtown is about 1 mile away, as well as cross-country ski runs and cable-railways. Hiking trails are nearby. 

 

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a dining area and living room which opens to a spacious sunny terrace which views to the west, the mountains and the nice garden. There is also a toilet with basin. 

 

On the 1^st floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, a studio couch and a balcony with views the west, a second one with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and a toilet. On the 2^nd floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping area for two, as well as a shower with toilet. In the basement there is another bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet, washing kitchen with laundry and dryer. The house has a central gas heating with hot water supply. 

 

The house is fully equipped for ten persons and two small children. Colour TV with satellite receiver, radio and CD-Player are available also a small library. One to two cars can be parked in front of the right garage and the front door. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.

 

Children and pets are welcome! Pets Euro 5,00/day

Every additional person costs Euro 10,-- per day more. 

 

End cleaning is included when guests stay a week or longer. 

 

Bed linen (cleaning fee Euro 6,--) and towels (cleaning fee Euro 0,60) can be hired from us, also a baby bed (Euro 10,--) and a highchair (Euro 5,--).
