It is situated near the centre of Grainau with all shopping facilities, bus stop, indoor- and outdoor-swimming pool with sauna and fitness centre, tennis-courts, hiking trails, cross-country-skiing trails and the railway to the Zugspitz-Summit within walking distance.
The comfortable, spacious and quality furnished apartment with high wooden ceilings has a large living room with couch, dining area and a balcony to the south, one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, another bedroom with two beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, deep-freezer and microwave, a bathroom with a round bathtub, shower and a separate toilet.
The apartment is fully furnished for up to 4 persons and 2 children. Colour TV with satellite receiver, DVD-player, CD-player and radio are existent. There is parking in the yard for the use of our guests. A washing machine and a dryer in the basement are available. Mobile Internet-Stick is available.
The apartment ”Listowell” is in the same house and may be rented if more space is needed.
